Sharon Riley Ordu, Ed.D.

This site is devoted to my four greatest passions: Teaching, Learning, Leadership and Personal Development.  There are resources here related to these passions as well as personal motivation, professional development, and methods to help you exceed expectations in your personal and professional life.   Over the years, I have taught hundreds of adults pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees  at various institutions of higher education around the United States and the world as a Professor. I am an educational leader, trainer, teacher, consultant, and conference presenter.

As an educator, I have inspired secondary students in grades 6-12 to excel with a focus on the whole child (academics, behavior, motivation, mindset, grit, perseverance, etc.). I am a lifelong learner with the belief that we have the power to continuously transform who we are.  Thanks for visiting this website (a constant work in progress), and remember: Education is the Great Equalizer!
